The Annual Unity Ride for Sickle Cell Disease will roar out the first Saturday in May. Sickle Cell Association of Richmond – OSCAR in conjunction with The Ladies of Elegance Social Club, Inc. and the SCA Bike Committee would like to garner your support for this effort.
Riders can register in advance by calling 804-400-5473 or 804-305-3744. The staging location is the Petersburg Health Department, 301 Halifax St, Petersburg, VA.  On-site registration is from 9 – 11 am. The fee is $25.00 per bike.  A variety of juices and pastries will be given out at registration. The final destination is Second Baptist Church, 3300 Broad Rock Blvd. in Richmond arriving at 11:45 am.  Food will be served after the ride.  All proceeds benefit The Sickle Cell Association of Richmond-OSCAR.
